What service! I received my first shipment damaged, but had no problem getting it replaced. The new one came and what a MACHINE! This baby sucks up stuff off my carpets that I thought was clean! It practicaly drives itself! Lightweight, easy to handle and maintence is nothing and I can plug into one outlet to reach everywhere in the house! Plus the Price was great!
